The Polar Express Set is missing: snowman figure, house, person figure, and 3 curved tracks. The North Pole Set is missing the present load wagon and one track, also the tree has not been tested. Caboose & Handcar Set 32504 is complete with both pieces. Hot Chocolate Car Set 32505 is complete with both pieces and musically works. All sets are in pre-owned condition and may have scratches from use, boxes are in used condition with many scratches, dents, discoloration and bending.
